Mission

ADMFA Foundation’s mission is to expand equitable access to professional audio/visual training, live event production resources, and paid workforce pathways—so creators and emerging technicians can gain real experience, earn income, and build sustainable careers in the creative economy.

We bridge the gap between talent and opportunity by providing instruction, production access, mentorship, and real-world paid roles—powered by community partnerships and industry-grade environments.

What We Do

Education that leads to skill
Hands-on training in audio, lighting, staging, cameras, and show flow—built for real environments, not just theory.
Production access that creates experience
Access to rehearsal, content capture, and live production opportunities so emerging talent can build portfolios and confidence.
Paid roles that build careers
Stipends, internships, apprenticeships, and contract placements tied to events—so learning translates into income.

Core Programs

Program 1
AV Training & Education
Workshops, multi-week cohorts, and certification-style learning tracks covering audio fundamentals, live mixing, LED/video basics, lighting design, stage management, camera ops, and event safety.
Program 2
Artist & Event Production Access
Subsidized production time and access to professional environments for rehearsals, showcases, content capture, and community events—built to lower barriers and raise quality.
Program 3

Train new and returning learners with practical, career-aligned AV skills and portfolio-ready experience.
Access
