Every booking is reviewed to align your event type with the right layout, sound plan, staffing, and safety requirements. Final acceptance is confirmed through the quote + contract process.

Our booking process is structured to protect both the client and the venue. Your event is not confirmed until all required steps below are completed.
Start by requesting a rental quote based on your event type, date, guest count, and production needs. Clients are strongly encouraged to tour the space before moving forward.
Once pricing and details are finalized, ADMFA Audio will issue a formal venue contract. This document outlines usage terms, policies, capacity limits, liability, and compliance requirements.
Your date is officially reserved once the required payments are received. This typically includes a 50% booking payment and a refundable security deposit.
