Delivery, Setup, and Breakdown (what you’re paying for)

Professional AV is labor-intensive. Even “simple” events require equipment testing, loading, safe cable routing, tuning, and teardown. That is why we maintain a $500 minimum.

  • Prep: equipment test + pack-out + load-in coordination
  • Install: placement, wiring, tuning, mic check, playback setup
  • Support: on-site tech presence when required
  • Breakdown: strike, pack, transport, post-check inspection

Travel & Mileage Policy

Local service includes the first 15 miles. After 15 miles, travel is billed per mile based on distance, route, and crew requirements. For non-local jobs, additional travel time and logistics may apply.
