Delivery + Pro Handling (we transport and protect the gear), plus Setup/Teardown and system test. Power, cabling, and safety practices are included. Staffing may be required depending on scope and venue rules.
Delivery is required. Delivery starts at $150 for the Small package and increases for larger packages due to vehicle size, weight, load-in time, and crew needs. Additional mileage applies after 15 miles from 77072.

Professional note: Stage, LED, lighting, and monitor mixes each add setup time. Tight load-ins or outdoor events often require extra crew.

All ADMFA Audio bookings and rentals are subject to applicable Texas state and local sales tax. The combined rate is applied based on the service location and may be up to 8.25% (Texas state rate 6.25% plus up to 2% local). Taxes are calculated on the final invoice and include taxable services, delivery, and applicable fees as required by law.
